This Week's Gentle Nudge

What have you accepted as "just the way it is?"

One of the quietest traps we fall into isn't burnout itself.

It's adaptation.

We adapt to the overflowing inbox.

We adapt to eating lunch at our desk.

We adapt to feeling mentally exhausted every Sunday night.

We adapt to believing we're "just busy."

Over time, these experiences stop feeling temporary.

They begin to feel normal.

But normal isn't always healthy.

Sometimes we become so accustomed to carrying heavy things that we stop questioning whether we should be carrying them at all.

This week, I want to offer you a gentle nudge.

Ask yourself:

What have I accepted as "just the way it is" that actually deserves my attention?

Don't rush to solve it.

Simply notice it.

Awareness is often the first step toward meaningful change.

You don't have to transform your entire life this week.

You only need enough clarity to take the next honest step.

Elpis Reminder

People rarely need more information. They need greater understanding.
